the entire worn down,torn,dirty,smelly furniture+bedding

I was very unhappy with the shape the furniture was in. The severe cigarette smell and unclean bedding. They did respond promptly to my email complaint that was sent to the corporate office. However, the remark that i used priceline to book my room was given as part of the excuse as to why i was given that room to stay in. I dont feel that should play into factor. ...read more
